Adaptive Concepts Academy (ACA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Troy, Michigan. We provide a structured, mentor-led training program that bridges the gap between graduation and full-time professional roles for US college and university STEM graduates.

ACA blends STEM training projects aligned with academic major and professional mentoring so recent STEM graduates can quickly convert academic achievement into workplace-ready skills and paid roles.

Employer Connections
We introduce graduates to job opportunities and support them through their job placement efforts and early job onboarding.
